All-inclusive, multi-day adventure wedding package in Squamish
From the Sea, to the SKY!
If you’re dreaming up what’s possible for your 2026 Squamish elopement or micro-wedding, let me float a pretty epic idea by you!
This isn’t just a ceremony – it’s a multi-day adventure wedding package experience that brings together everything Squamish represents: ocean, mountains, intentional moments, and time to actually be present with the people you love.
I’ve designed this adventure wedding package to be all about a relaxed pace, jaw-dropping scenery, and a celebration that unfolds over more than one day – instead of rushing through it all.
WE PROVIDE A FULL WEDDING PACKAGE, INCLUDING:
HELICOPTER FLIGHT + MOUNTAIN TOP LANDING + PHOTOGRAPHY + FLORALS + HAIR AND MAKE UP + OFFICIANT AND LEGALS + RELAXING SAUNA EXPERIENCE + FOOD AND DRINKS + PRIVATE RECEPTION VENUE
The Big Picture: Wedding Package Squamish that includes all the details.
This multi-day Squamish wedding package experience is designed for couples who want:
A meaningful celebration with their closest people,
Time to feel the moment, not just tick off boxes,
An intimate helicopter ceremony in the mountains,
A relaxed celebratory reception dinner,
Local, award-winning vendors who are passionate about their craft, and are dedicated to creating something special for you,
A once-in-a-lifetime Sea to Sky experience that feels intentional, relaxed, and unforgettable.
It works beautifully as either an elopement or a small wedding – and everything is thoughtfully planned so you can just show up and soak it all in.
🌊 Day One: From the Sea
The Howe Sound Floating Sauna Experience
Before or after your ceremony day, we slow things right down. You and your guests meet in downtown Squamish and head out by boat onto the Howe Sound, where a floating sauna awaits. It’s part adventure, part relaxation – and always a favorite with couples and guests.
The sauna experience includes:
A scenic boat journey on Howe Sound
Seating areas and a cozy fire
A dry room and storage
The floating sauna itself
Many of my couples have friends and family flying in from elsewhere, and this is such a beautiful way to introduce them to the magic of BC – without it feeling like an “activity” you need to rush through. It’s grounding, memorable, and sets the tone perfectly.
Note that there is a maximum of 8 guests on this experience, which is hosted by Inflow Adventure. You can also do this as a bridal party celebration, or as a wind down after you tie the knot.
🚁Day Two: To the Sky
Your Helicopter Elopement Ceremony
On your wedding day, things feel calm and taken care of. You start the morning with hair and makeup, booked specifically to suit your style. I work with trusted local artists and match you with someone who really gets your vision. From there, we head to the heli-base. I’ll be there with your bridal florals, your hand-picked photographer, and an excited smile.
Then it’s time to lift off.
With Blackcomb Helicopters, we fly up into the mountains for a truly once-in-a-lifetime ceremony location. The views, the quiet, the feeling of being completely removed from the world below – it’s hard to put into words until you experience it. This is where your ceremony unfolds: intimate, intentional, and fully focused on the two of you.
🍽️ In the Evening: A Relaxed Celebration
Dinner with Your Closest People
After your mountain ceremony, it’s time to celebrate. That evening, you’ll gather with your guests for an intimate dinner at House of Lager in Squamish. It’s relaxed, welcoming, and the food is delicious! The food and drinks are included (and you select your own menu), and you’re housed in the private event space. You can choose from their second or third level.
It’s about good food, good people, and actually getting to enjoy the night. Just LOOK at these photos from the gorgeous oceanfront venue!

-
The floating sauna is for a total of 8 people.
The helicopter fits 5 people - usually it’s you two, the photographer, and your officiant, but we can tailor this to you. For example, you can add a second helicopter to bring more people, or go up with just the photographer and your friends.
The House of Lager can cater large groups, but this package is priced on a more intimate dinner of around 20-30 people.
Everything can be tailored to your guest count - except the sauna, which does have a strict capacity of 8. -
Probably the most common question I get! Dogs are permitted at House of Lager, so your fluffy friend is most welcome.
Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on helicopters or the sauna experience. -
Mountain weather is part of the adventure – and I plan every elopement with clear backup plans for various weather conditions.
The sauna experience can still be enjoyed in rain - it’s actually really lovely when it rains!
You will not be charged for the helicopter if we cannot fly due to weather conditions, and we will pivot your ceremony to a beautiful location: a mountain view, in the forest, or even at House of Lager. -
Yes. I am a registered marriage officiant in British Columbia, and I take care of the legal solemnization and registration of your marriage. I’ll also guide you through the marriage licence process.
-
Absolutely. Many of my couples are travelling in for their Squamish elopement. I guide you through the legal requirements, help with logistics, and work with trusted local vendors so everything feels easy once you arrive.
-
Yes. Some couples choose the sauna experience before the ceremony as a grounding, connective moment, while others prefer it after as a wind-down. We’ll shape the experience around what feels best for you.
-
This is a fully planned experience. I have more than a decade of experience in event planning, and several years in elopements / weddings. I’ve previously worked as a tour director across more than 30 countries, a wedding venue manager and a wedding planner - so I won’t miss a thing!
I handle:Overall concept and flow
Vendor coordination
Timeline design
Ceremony creation and delivery
Legal paperwork
On-the-day guidance
-
House of Lager has elevators to their event space.
We’ll always talk through comfort levels, mobility considerations, and alternatives where needed. -
Pricing is based on weekdays, as weekends come with higher food and beverage minimums from the venue. That said, weekend dates are possible – we’ll simply review the adjusted costs together.
