Elopement Packages
Includes: Planning, Photography, Officiant and Ceremony, Decor, Florals and Venue.

I’ll help you find the perfect photographer to match your style and budget—and connect you with any other vendors you need. You don’t have to scroll endlessly. I've got you covered.
4. Plan the Perfect Day
Once we’ve locked in the key details, I’ll craft a smooth timeline that makes space for spontaneity and magic while keeping things stress-free and organized.
5. Get Married!
This is the fun part—you say your vows, soak it all in, and get married in a way that feels effortless, meaningful, and totally you.
From $2,450 CAD + gst
Price may vary depending on your choice of photographer and enhancements. On average:
Heli-elopement ~ $4,350-5,800 + gst for photographer, florals, planning, officiant, helicopter ride.
Luxury picnic - $2,850 + gst
Includes:
Full elopement planning: Vendor liaison, location scouting, and timeline creation.
Your dream ceremony: Officiated by Sea to Sky Officiant, vow writing tips, a keepsake copy of your ceremony, and legal solemnization of your marriage.
Photography: 90 minutes of professional wedding photography (option to extend time)
Florals: A bridal bouquet and boutonniere from local wedding florists.
Decor: An A-Frame wooden arch and rug to ground your ceremony
Extras: Unlimited communication for your peace of mind, up to 6 guests, speaker and playlist curation.
Optional to add enhancements (hair + make up, charcuterie, extended photography, additional florals, etc)

Other Elopement Ideas:
We get a sailboat or zodiac boat out to gorgeous spots on the Howe Sound, only accessible by boat. For example, Tantalus Landing.
Grab your skis or snowboard and let’s head out to the mountain!
Elegant Vancouver Elopements - rent the marble staircase or private rooftop at the Fairmont’s Hotel Vancouver, or have Bloedel Conservatory all to yourselves.

This is YOUR elopement, so you get to choose your photographer! I have a list of vendors I trust completely. I've worked with most of the photographers in the Sea to Sky and we are lucky to have so much talent and expertise in the corridor. This means I can consult with you on various styles and help you find a photographer that suits you. They all have slightly different rates, so this means your package cost could vary by around $500 or so, but I am here to guide you through the options.

Totally, If you have a friend who is a photographer, you can bring them along and I can subtract the photography.

I have some visions for elopements that I don't show n my website as I'm yet to get photos - I'd LOVE to do a sailboat elopement, camping elopements, stand up paddle board elopement, or brandywine meadows or semaphore lakes. I'm here to bring YOUR vision to life, and starting in the wedding industry as a planner before an officiant means I'm ready to take care of all the logisitics.

We will assess the weather conditions in the days leading up to your elopement date. I have a large clear umbrella that fits all three of us, and we will have extras for guests. We always have a solid plan B!
